This Is talking about Uploading Files and Virus Reports.

Uploadings:
-Go on:
https://servimg.com/index.php (Free registrer, Upload Image)
Or,
http://www.gigasize.com/ (Free to Upload, Upload Files)

-When You have Browsed for the files and uploaded,
Copy-Paste the Direct Link HTML On Post.

For Exemple:

(My Files name Here): (the direct link Here)

For Virus Reports:
-Go on: http://www.virustotal.com/
-Browse for the files you want to scan.
-Click "SEND" Button.
- When You done The Scan Results Copy-Paste the link.

For Exemple:

(The Name of the files scanned Here): (The Direct link From The Virus Report here)
